How do I pay?

With QPay or SocialPay. After booking you get a QR code — scan it in your banking app or tap your bank to open it directly. There is no card number to type.

When do I get my eBarimt receipt?

Within a few minutes of your payment clearing. It appears on your booking page and by email, with VAT at 10% and — for Ulaanbaatar hotels — city tax (НХАТ) itemized separately.

Can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

If your booking was marked "free cancellation", you get a full refund before the stated deadline. Non-refundable rates are not returned.

Why do the flight times look wrong?

Accepted Answer

Every time is local to its own airport, so you cannot subtract one from the other to get the duration — we show the real elapsed time, computed across the zones. A flight leaving Ulaanbaatar at 07:00 and landing in Khovd at 08:50 takes 2h 50m, because Khovd is UTC+7.

Can I book without an account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Keep your booking reference and you can manage it from the link in your email. With an account you also collect reward points and keep your travel history in one place.

Question 6

Can I pay in another currency?

Accepted Answer

You can view prices in another currency, but payment is always taken in tögrög, and the tax receipt is issued in tögrög too.
