Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern your use of the AIRLINK.MN platform. By accepting them and accessing the platform you enter a legally binding agreement with “Airlink Mongolia” LLC.
1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between “Airlink Mongolia” LLC and the user, regarding the collection, storage, and use of the user’s personal information for the purposes stated herein, including enabling the purchase and payment of airline tickets.
1.2. This agreement becomes effective when a Mongolian citizen aged 18 or older accepts these Terms and accesses the AIRLINK.MN platform.
1.3. All content, data, and materials available on the AIRLINK.MN website and mobile application are the exclusive intellectual property of “Airlink Mongolia” LLC and are protected under Mongolian law.
1.4. Any duplication, imitation, modification, or use of AIRLINK.MN’s logos, graphic designs, trademarks, or other visual identifiers without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
1.5. AIRLINK.MN reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website or app. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
2. User rights and obligations
2.1. The user has the right to access flight information and enter personal booking details.
2.2. The user must be at least 18 years old or a legal entity to use AIRLINK.MN.
2.3. The user is responsible for entering all required booking information (e.g. name, gender, phone number, passport details, email) accurately. AIRLINK.MN will not be held liable for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete data.
2.4. The user’s passport must be valid for at least six (6) months (185 days) from the date of departure.
2.5. The user is solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary visa or travel authorization for the destination country.
2.6. Once a ticket is booked, the user must complete the payment within the validity period set by the system.
2.7. The user is responsible for reviewing and agreeing to all fare conditions (refunds, changes, no-show policies, etc.) before making a purchase.
2.8. Any refund or change request must adhere to the ticket’s fare rules.
2.9. Users are strictly prohibited from using the platform for unlawful purposes, attempting unauthorized access, or using bots, crawlers, or automated tools.
3. AIRLINK.MN rights and obligations
3.1. AIRLINK.MN is obligated to provide accurate and competitively priced flight information and ticketing services.
3.2. AIRLINK.MN reserves the right to contact the user, demand unpaid payments, or cancel unpaid orders.
3.3. AIRLINK.MN will securely store user data, including passwords and transaction history, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
3.4. In cases where fraud or suspicious activity is suspected, AIRLINK.MN reserves the right to investigate the transaction in cooperation with banks and legal authorities.
3.5. AIRLINK.MN shall process refunds or changes in accordance with user requests and the applicable fare rules.
4. Payment terms
4.1. Users may select any available payment method to purchase tickets via AIRLINK.MN.
4.2. If payment is not completed within the given time frame, the system will automatically cancel the booking.
4.3. Due to fluctuating exchange rates, the final ticket price may vary depending on the payment date.
4.4. The total amount displayed on AIRLINK.MN reflects the cumulative fare for all passengers in the booking.
5. Booking, refund and change conditions
5.1. A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment. Unpaid bookings will be automatically cancelled after the specified deadline.
5.2. A Mongolian citizen under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian when travelling abroad. If travelling with another adult, a notarized authorization letter from the legal guardian is required. AIRLINK.MN bears no responsibility for disputes or losses resulting from non-compliance with this requirement.
5.3. AIRLINK.MN reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking that does not meet the terms of service.
6. Other conditions
6.1. The airline operating the flight may cancel or delay flights due to weather or other force majeure events. AIRLINK.MN is not liable for such disruptions.
6.2. AIRLINK.MN is not responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect user inputs, visa denial, airport rejections, or policy violations by the passenger.
6.3. AIRLINK.MN may use anonymized user feedback, reviews, or testimonials for marketing purposes with user consent.
7. Privacy and data protection
7.1. AIRLINK.MN collects and processes user information in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the platform.
7.2. User data will not be sold or shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law or for essential service operations.
8. Governing law and dispute resolution
8.1. Any dispute arising from or related to this agreement shall be resolved through mutual negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be settled under the laws of Mongolia.
8.2. The competent court of jurisdiction shall be the relevant civil court in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
