Cancellation and Refund Policy

What you can cancel depends on the fare or rate you chose, and those conditions are always shown before you book.
Free cancellation
Bookings marked "free cancellation" are refunded in full if cancelled before the stated deadline.
Refunds return by the channel you paid with, and take three to fourteen days depending on the bank.
Non-refundable bookings
Non-refundable rates are usually the cheapest and are not returned if you cancel. Where taxes or certain fees are recoverable, ask us and we will pursue them.
Delays and airline cancellations
If the airline cancels or reschedules, we will help you take an alternative flight or obtain a refund.
